Rebecca Thomas

Rebecca Thomas, RD, LDN is a Baltimore/Harford County based registered dietitian, licensed nutritionist. She provides individual, family and group nutrition therapy and counseling. Her practice is based on the principles of intuitive eating, HAES and body kindness. She earned a Bachelors Degree in Health Sciences from Rutgers University, School of Related Health Professions and completing her dietetic internship at Johns Hopkins Hospital and Greater Baltimore Medical Center. Before establishing her own private practice, she was an outpatient dietitian for The Center for Eating Disorders. A private outpatient multidisciplinary group specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, specializing in adolescents and children with eating disorders. In addition, Rebecca Thomas has worked as a clinical dietitian providing medical nutrition therapy for the pediatric unit, NICU as well as ICU.
