Hania Studied MD, University of Warsaw followed by Residency in Paediatrics,at The Medical University of Warsaw, Polish Board of Paediatrics – 1987 (1st degree), 1992 (2nd degree)
Prof Hania has Leading roles in many scientific organisations , She was General Secretary at the Council of ESPGHAN, (2011-2014).then the Co-chairperson of the ESPGHAN Working Group on Probiotics and Prebiotics (2014-present); chairperson on the ESPGHAN Working Group on Outcome in Nutrition Trials
(2015-2018).
She has 279 published articles in addition to 25 book chapters on topics such as Effects of early dietary interventions on later outcomes; the gut microbiota modifications such as with probiotics and/or prebiotics.
